We’re celebrating the value of our Monterey Bay Sanctuary’s many ecosystems so that our iconic indicator species can thrive. Think kelp forests, slough, Sea Otters and Snowy Plovers – they need a voice. Building public awareness, excitement and action is where it’s at!
TASK: Collaborate with various Monterey Bay resources to drive our new coastal habitat policy and advocacy work. From the Monterey Bay to Washington DC, our local habitats and wildlife will now have the Save Our Shores voice.
TASK: Build lasting bridges with the Monterey Bay Sanctuary’s driving economies: agriculture, fisheries and tourism. We want our habitats to live in harmony alongside the industries that provide our community with sustainable and meaningful jobs.
