Jennifer is a Santa Cruz resident and works for the California chapter of The Nature Conservancy. Her work includes budget preparation, fundraising, strategic planning and annual budgets for the chapter's philanthropy department. She also performs Board development consulting, leading trainings and recommending Board nominees. She currently manages the Conservancy's board of trustees. Jennifer is very experienced in fundraising, personnel management, public speaking, and special events. She is also experienced in planning, financial management, communication and writing. As a diver and beach-goer, she is an ocean advocate with general knowledge of regional marine conservation efforts and national efforts by The Nature Conservancy. Jennifer has served as a volunteer board or committee member to several organizations.
